Instead of running a traditional youth setup like many other clubs, Rosengård FF has chosen to create something different, a development environment tailored for the footballers of tomorrow.

The core idea behind Rosengard Academy was to provide talented players from Malmö, Skåne, and across Sweden with an additional platform. Players with high potential, who do not always have access to national team camps or elite training programs, are given the opportunity to experience professional-level training sessions and matches in cup and tournament formats.

At the same time, players remain with their regular clubs. They come together 4–5 times per year to develop in a more elite-focused environment.

With growing interest, the club has now decided to take the next step.

Rosengard Academy will become the foundation of Rosengård FF’s entire youth structure, divided into two clear pathways:

Pro Academy
For players with high ambition, talent, and potential. This pathway builds on the original concept, with a strong focus on elite development, high-quality training, and top-level matches.

Foundation Academy
An inclusive program where all children and young players are welcome, regardless of experience or level. The focus is on enjoyment, development, and building a strong foundation in football.

Through this structure, Rosengård FF combines both grassroots and elite development, creating a clear pathway for every player.
